Immigration and Refugee Board Committee

The mandate of the Committee is to:

• Advise and make recommendations to the National President, the National Executive Vice-President and the National Executive on all matters related to IRB.

• Develop various mechanisms and provide numerous forms of communication to and from members and to ensure the timely distribution of information to those concerned.

• Develop IRB action plans and the implementation of strategies for the National President, the National Executive Vice-President, and the National Executive.

• Have the National Vice-President for IRB or another representative from the Committee attend National IRB meetings with the Employer.
