Mental Health and Wellness Committee
The mandate of the Mental Health and Wellness Committee is to:
- Advise and make recommendations on all matters related to health and safety;
- Communicate with members and ensure the timely distribution of information to those concerned;
- Develop health and safety action plans and the implementation of strategies in matters related to health and safety;
- Ensure that the issues of health and safety are represented at National Policy Health and Safety Committee meetings.

The committee is comprised of the co-chair for each departmental National Policy Health and Safety Committee where CEIU represents members, and a representative from each region.
