Call Centres Committee

The Call Centres Committee is comprised of one representative per CEIU region, plus an additional representative for the IRCC Call Centre.

The mandate of the Committee is to:

• Advise and make recommendations on all matters related to call centres;
• Develop various mechanisms and provide numerous forms of communication to and from members and ensure the timely distribution of information to those concerned;
• Ensure that the issues of call centres are represented at National Union-Management Committee meetings.
