Bargaining - Canada Employment and Immigration Union

The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) represents federal public service workers under the Treasury Board of Canada.

Collective bargaining is how PSAC (the bargaining agent) and management come up with the terms and conditions of employment for workers.

All members of the Canada Employment and Immigration Union fall under the Program and Administrative Services Group bargaining unit (the PA Group).

The PA Group bargaining team is elected at PSAC’s national bargaining conference. This round of bargaining, CEIU has three members on the bargaining team for a united, strong voice at the table.
