Update on the SDA2 grievances

In the mid nineties, Service Delivery Agent II’s (SDA2’s) worked under a generic job description. These employees in the SDA2 position filed grievances on job content, acting pay and classification alleging the work description was not an accurate description of the duties they performed.

CEIU is extremely pleased to state that this long-standing file has now been dealt with fully and completely. Although the process for paying the members is still ongoing, CEIU is able to report that the department finally agreed to pay everyone who occupied an SDA2 CR-05 position, including those who had been overlooked in the first round of payments.
