Staffing, classification practices at IRB under further review

CEIU representatives at the IRB met recently to consider issues of concern to their members. Staffing and classification matters continue to be a focus for union members and National President Jeannette Meunier-McKay has approached the IRB for key information relevant to these issues.

In a letter to the IRB, the national president has requested documentation related to the broad organization of positions and their linguistic profiles.

This material will allow the union to conduct a further review of the practices of concern to union members at the IRB.
