Union members at the IRB, whether members of a designated group or not, are urged to take part in the Board’s self-identification campaign. The self-identification survey will be conducted from October 19 to 27.
CEIU has a long history and mandate in employment equity and is taking a strong supporting role in this campaign. The survey results will facilitate future equity initiatives aimed at deepening fairness in workplace practices and culture.
