Notice to former CR’s who transferred to the provinces of Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec or New Brunswick under the terms of an Employee Transfer Agreement

Former CEIU members who transferred to their provincial government may be entitled to cash compensation as a result of the settlement of a human rights complaint. This compensation is in addition to any monies received in connection with the Global Pay Equity decision. Current CEIU members who remain in contact with these former members are asked to bring this matter to their attention. The PSAC has provided important information regarding this settlement and affected former members are asked to contact the Alliance regarding their individual circumstances.
