Honouring Jack Layton

The state funeral for Jack Layton will be held in Toronto on Saturday August 27 and while each of us can honour him in our own way, a number of members have suggested we join other Canadians in wearing orange. On behalf of our members, CEIU has sent its condolences to the Layton family and in keeping with the wishes of the family, the union will be making a donation to the Broadbent Institute in lieu of flowers.
