Convention 2008: Resolution Form

Here is the form needed to submit resolutions to our convention.

The first version can be printed, completed by hand and submitted via mail or fax.

The second version can be completed on your computer, saved and sent as an attachment to an email addressed to guillej@ceiu-seic.ca.
