PSAC issues call for bargaining demands

The PA collective agreement expires in June 2011 and the PSAC has issued a call to Locals for bargaining demands.

The attached letter from the PSAC contains the official call for proposals. Also attached is the Program of Demands, which sets out priority proposals. Locals are invited to add to these proposals and are asked to note carefully the instructions for responding to the input call. The instructions are found at the end of the Program of Demands document.

CEIU must review proposals from Locals before they are forwarded to the PSAC. Locals should ensure their proposals reach the CEIU National Office no later than September 17, 2010. Proposals can be sent to:
