Pay Direct cards coming to Public Service Health Care Plan

The long awaited “Pay Direct” system for health care benefits is coming to the public service in the fall of 2010. To receive your card, you will need to enroll in the new system, either online or through a paper application.

Both current and new plan members will have to enroll in the new payment system. In the summer of 2010, the plan administrator, Sun Life, will send enrolment packages to members. You will also be able to enroll online at the Sun Life website, www.sunlife.ca/pshcp. More information is available in Bulletin 23 of the Public Service Health Care Plan.
